Choctaw Action Line Program

The "Action Line" program is designed to respond to questions or complaints of citizens within a timely manner. A resident will be able to call 390-5110 with their complaints or questions. The complaints will be logged and forwarded to the appropriatedepartment or code enforcement officer. The citizens will receive a response by letter to their original call to acknowledge receipt or be given an intitial response. If the citizen cannot be contacted, it will be noted in the file. If a follow-up response is needed, a date to respond will be provided to the citizen. summary of the Action Line program will be examined by the City Manager to be certain the program is working.
